Research on a New Plant Fiber Concrete-Light Steel Keel Wall Panel

With the growing worldwide attention towards environmental protection, rational utilization of rice straw (RS) has gradually attracted scholars. This paper innovatively puts forward a solution for RS. A fiber concrete (RSFC) with good physical and mechanical properties concrete-light steel keel wall panel (RS-LSWP) low comprehensive heat transfer coefficient inconspicuous cold bridge phenomenon was designed. Firstly, preparation method process RSFC is described in detail. Then, RSFC, such as strength, apparent density, thermal conductivity were tested. Finally, four new types cold-formed thin-wall panels analyzed using finite element simulation. The results show that length 5 mm, mass content 12%, modifier 1% most suitable RS-LSWP. standard compressive tensile are 2.2 MPa, 0.64 0.0862 W/(m·K), respectively. antitype C have best insulation effect. study provides technical RS, promotes application RS other agricultural wastes building materials development light housing.
